Focus & morning ritual
The Genius Switch: a listening ritual for clearer mornings
A downloadable audio series you play through headphones to settle into a focused, intentional state. Here's what it is, how to use it well, and the honest small print.
What it is
The Genius Switch is a digital audio series. You get instant access after purchase and listen on your phone or computer, ideally with headphones and somewhere quiet. Its creators present it as a way to "rev up your brain power", and it comes with a few quick-start bonuses.
At Wishwren we think of it as a ritual anchor: a few minutes of sound that marks the start of your focused time, the same way a candle or a cup of tea can tell your mind "now we begin."

A simple way to fit it into your day
- Choose your moment. First thing in the morning, or just before a task you've been putting off. Keep it the same each day so it becomes a cue.
- Set one intention. Before you press play, write one line: "Today I'm giving my attention to…"
- Listen without multitasking. Eyes closed or soft. Never while driving or doing anything that needs your full attention.
- Move straight into the task. When the audio ends, start the thing you named. The ritual works best as a doorway, not a destination.

Who it suits, and who it doesn't
Worth a try if you
- like guided audio, meditation tracks or soundscapes
- want a consistent cue to start focused work or journaling
- are happy to test something for a few weeks and decide for yourself
Probably skip it if you
- are looking for a treatment for memory, mood or any health condition. Please talk to a doctor instead
- expect overnight results from audio alone
Honest small print. The sales page cites general research on the brain, but that research isn't a study of this product, and the vendor states it "is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease." Some testimonials on the sales page may be dramatised. Orders are processed by ClickBank, and the vendor advertises a 90-day money-back guarantee; check the current terms at checkout.
